I'm giving them five stars for customer service. When I posted the following original review, they promptly reached out to me and thanked me for the feedback, assured me they were reviewing the manufacturing process to fix the problem, and refunded my cost. I will add that the part is functional and will remain in service after using a fine grindstone on my dremel tool to smooth the casting surface where the expansion tank return hose fitting O-ring seats, and installing a slightly larger O-ring. You may find that they have corrected the problem on future units, and if not, it may need this minor modification. In the long run, this is a much sturdier part than the plastic OEM part.Original Post: "As other reviewers have stated, the return port for the expansion tank hose is not machined and leaks due to the rough casting. I recommend not buying this unless you have the means to machine it before installing."

bolts are super weak. Use other hardware to avoid issues

This saved my hundreds of dollars. I like the fact that it is aluminum and not the hard plastic the manufacturer put in it.Don't remove the connectors to use the old ones like I did. Just connect the old hose.

Both hoses with the o-rings leak. Check the casting in the hole were the o-ring seals. Very jagged pour casting.
