This was a great product for my 2013 town and country as a upgrade to the plastic one on it.The only thing is i had do make a slight modification to one corner to make it fit. Grind it down on x locations.

I'm hoping I can make the part work by grinding apart off this flat it is hitting not letting it sit even and seal poor quality work personally I think I should get my money back

If you're like me, then you're always concerned about the proper fit and function of an aftermarket part. However, this part appears to fit and function at least as well as the original. It looks great and will not likely fail like the original plastic part. The hose part is machined with very light grooving as opposed to being smooth. It's not too noticeable unless you run a fingernail down it. I haven't seen that before, but I like it because it will help to get a good seal on the hose and prevent leaks. Perhaps this is something new? I noticed some light marks on the machined surface where the thermostat mounts. I put it back in the plastic bag and found that there were matching marks on the plastic bag. So, perhaps it could be packaged with a little more protection such as a light piece of cardboard covering the machined surfaces?
