OEM part for 2015 Corvette. Exact fit and overall happy with purchase. Cured my old lazy thermostat that would open little early on cold days and not keep temp at 163+ degrees on highway. This unit keeps temps at 194 degrees all the time and running within spec.

The thermostat was very simple to install. Also notice it is a 180 degree thermostat which is perfect for me, thank you GM.

This quality part fits 100% perfect, as expected and has a new gasket. The install is about 12 minutes with very little fluid loss. You’ll need a T30 socket, ratchet , 1” extension and hose clamp pliers to complete this easy task. This part fixed my low registering temperature issues. 2017 Grand Sport Corvette

Used on a 2016 Camaro SS to resolve the issue of no reading on the temperature gage.After replacing a temperature sensor to no avail, did some more research and found these thermostats may be the issue. Apparently, known to stick open after ~50K miles, confusing the vehicle ECU and not letting the vehicle reach normal operating temperature. ECU then turns fans constantly on, and A/C off, as an safety procedure.Very quick replacement, took about 15 minutes.Solved the issue, which has not returned since. Car running warmer. Temperature gage working. Fans stopped running constantly.
