DTF is a technology that emerged at the end of 2021.
It is an upgraded version of sublimation printing, DTG printing.
It can be used more widely and print better. It is a good choice for many hand-customized studios.
Although the procedure is relatively complex, DTF has a wider range of applications than sublimation and DTG printing, and produces better images and more durable printing.

1. The control panel space increases, making the control system further away from the high-temperature center, ensuring your safety.
2. The side of the control panel has been improved with a heat dissipation plate design to prevent excessive temperature in the control center.
3. The control panel has added a high-temperature resistant cooling fan to reduce the temperature of the control center.
4. The switch and wire materials have been upgraded to high-temperature resistant materials to ensure safe use.
HOW TO USE
Step 1: Print your design on PET film(you need to prepare the DTF Ink, printer and film yourself).
Step 2: Apply powder shake well, let the hot melt powder stick to the printed pattern, then shake off the excess powder.
Step 3: Put the film with hot melt powder into the oven and bake until the hot melt powder melts.It is recommended to bake .Temp: 266℉-320℉ / 130℃-160℃, Time: 120s-300s / 2min-5min
Step 4: Lay the patterned side of the treated film flat on the garment you want the pattern to be printed on.Heat press the film with a heat press machine.Temp: 302℉-329℉ / 150℃-165℃, Time: 10s-15s
Step 5:Slowly tear off the PET film along any corner.

This oven has definitely changed the game of DTF. The heat is even and my DTF powder melts in less time than when I was using a heat gun, plus the colors are more vibrant. I love this oven.

This thing is heavy. Much heavier than I expected. It does seem to heat up well though. It seems to only have a Celsius setting though. There's an "F" on the screen but I couldn't figure out how to change it. Holding down the temp button gave me some weird set up menus but the letters didn't make any sense to me. Like I think one was "ALP" and another was just "at" There's nothing in the manual about this so it would be nice to know what it's all about because you can change all kinds of parameters. If only I knew what they were. At the end of the day just set you temp (in Celsius) and time and have at it.

This upgraded oven heater is really impressive. It's got a lot of space inside to do more than one item at a time. It's easy to operate and so far has produced beautiful results without too many confusing complications along the way. It does take up a pretty good amount of space and weighs a ton so I suggest picking a place to be your operating area and setting it up in a permanent sense. I've yet to encounter any issues with it after having it for over a month. I'd definitely recommend this to others!

I like this DTF oven. It warms up quick to the temperature being set and once you start cooking, it does cook the sheets really good and evenly. So far, i have no complaints.

I just started getting into this so I could have more options than just using my vinyl cutter and heat press. This by far is def more expensive hobby to get into but this oven cheaper than a lot of the others and has basically all the same features.So far I am happy with it but I’ll update on the overall durability

You can easily put in and take out the DTF film by pulling out the drawer, which is very convenient. Another great thing is that it cures quickly and evenly, and the heating effect is very stable, which is really a plus in improving production efficiency.
