4

Step 4: Attention

  • Carefully trim between toes.
  • Especially webbed areas.
  • Be gentle, and watch for discomfort.
  • Charge it before your first use entirely to ensure optimal performance.

Consider a preliminary trim with scissors and a comb for larger pets with longer fur.

You can also experiment with a 45-degree angle for better results.

  • Only 40 db, but pets' reactions to noise vary.

Start briefly before grooming to help your pet get accustomed to the trimmer's sound.

Additionally, offering treats can create a positive grooming experience.

  • Our upgraded model has an 9 mm mini blade, ensuring a detailed and professional groom. It's about the width of a typical nail on your pinky finger.

  • The 9mm blade is specifically designed for detailed trimming in smaller or sensitive areas. For full-body grooming, a larger blade or clipper may be more efficient.

  • 1. Ensure the blade catches hair effectively.

    2. Angle the cutter head 45° for optimal trimming results.

    3. Clean the blade with a small brush after a few minutes of use to maintain the sharpness of the blade.

Doesn’t cut as easily as my Oster Volt Cryogen X 5/8 blade I got this so cause the Oster gets a bit warm after using it for a while.

My poodle mix has that problem of long hair in the middle of his paw pads. They get too dirty eventually - especially in the wet season - and it was just an unhealthy and uncomfortable situation.I was always so afraid I'd snip the skin in his feet so I would avoid doing it, which only meant I left all that hair in his paw pads to catch moisture and dirt against his skin.I tested the Furbona trimmer on my arm and it didn't scratch me up. It was useful to get a feel for how my dog might be experiencing it. I pressed it pretty firmly against my skin, firmer than I would when using it on him. I'd probably have to be really scraping at him or at a very odd angle to abrade his skin. You still have to be careful, but it's much much safer than snipping with a scissors (especially when they are nervous and jerking their paws around!).Just be gentle and calm and let them have breaks. Set them up for success! I usually wash my dog's feet after a walk, so I take him for a long walk, wash him off, and then take advantage of his low energy to trim his paws. The charge lasts a long time, too, and it's very convenient that it is water resistant. You can easily do a sanitary rinse after each use.I bought the small size 9mm and the 12mm and I tend to favor the 12mm but I'd still recommend both. I haven't gotten to training him to allowing it near his face but the 9mm would probably be pretty good for lips and around the eye. I like to use the 12mm one on his paws, you just kind of do a scoop motion and I feel the longer blade gets more hair per scoop.

My small dog has furry feet, they hold snow, wet and dirt. Sometimes she licks her feet, which can lead to fungus/allergies etcThis is rather quiet, she doesn't seem to mind, also works to tidy up her butt.Easy, quiet and good value

Just received. Came on time. Tried power for verification. The trimmer is quiet as stated. Barely above a whisper. Weight is just right. Holding will not be difficult. Do have to fully charge before using. Light helps for direction. The small size should be good for removing small mats of fur around hips, abdomen, ankles when shedding. Perfect size for small feet trimming. Pleased with what I see.

I have a little Morkie, because of her beautiful hair I needed something small to trim the hair by the corners of her eyes. The hair gets on her eyes and then it comes the tears that dry up and it's hard to clean. Of course I also use it on the pads of her paws. Very quiet and easy to use.

I bought this FURBONA Upgraded Dog Paw Trimmer because my dog’s paw hair frowns long and didn’t want to have to take him to a groomer every time they needed to be trimmed. It’s pretty quiet, cuts the hair very well, gets in between his toes and no matter how hard I tried on my own skin to cut myself, I couldn’t. The light is bright and for me, seems like a great value. Just be aware that after awhile it starts to heat up, all you have to do is give your furry family member a break and let it cool down a bit. My pup did not react to the buzzing sound at all!
