How do I pair with my device?
- Connect the receiver to a non-Bluetooth headset/speaker or car stereo. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds while using for the first time until the blue and red indicators flash alternately.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function built into your phone or the Bluetooth function of your music device, then search for (Bluetooth music) and select.
- Paired successfully and started listening to music.
- Note: Make sure your phone is not connected to another device before connecting.
- Tips: If the phone can retrieve the device but can't pair it or can't pair it the second time. Please delete the device on your phone. Then re-search to connect.

I really like the form factor as it can be used with any earphones or earbuds to make them Bluetooth compatible. What kept me from giving it 5 stars is connectivity. As others have mentioned, it does not always reconnect to last used device at power on. Sometimes it does, and sometimes not. Sometimes it will connect after power cycling a few times other times I actually have to go into the Bluetooth menu of the source device and force it to reconnect. It is inconsistent. Once connected, though, it works well. I use it with ear buds and sound quality is excellent. I have not experienced any dropouts or lag and battery life is quite good.

Got it 6 months ago and just unpack it. still got 80% battery. works right out of the box. The middle button is the on button. The only complaint is you can't charge it while listen, it create a static on the music. But for less $10, what more do you want.My 10yr old boom box is alive without plug in the 3.5mm cable.Excellent deal

I was excited to receive this but then a little disappointed with performance.Ended up modifying it to use an external 18650 LiON battery and to use the headset microphone as not a default option.My only use is to connect a headset via Bluetooth to phone or computer.Pros:It was easy to connect to phone and the audio playing through the headset is great.I did not notice a video lag when watching videos.Small and lightweight.Easy to open up and get at internals.System messages given in English.Cons:I would only get 20-30 minutes from the battery running a full size headset with over the ears speakers. "Low Battery" was a phrase I heard more than once. Smaller in the ear phones might get the 8 hours they promise. Internal battery when tested was around 65mah which seems about right for size (8mmx3mmx30mm). Now I have an 1800mah 18650 powering it and get hours of use.The headset microphone is not used by the original setup even though the jack socket could support it. Ended up removing the microphone on the circuit board and wiring up the headset microphone to Bluetooth. Unfortunately, it sounds like an aircraft pilot talking to control tower over the radio as not as clear as when plugged directly into phone or computer. Note the wiring is so small you have to be comfortable soldering with magnification to do the modification.Very easy to open which means if it gets dropped, it could fall apart.I was able to make it work for my purposes. If you don't have high expectations, don't need to use the headset microphone, don't need to use power-hungry full-size headphones, don't plan to drop it, then this will most likely work for you.

I had been using a similar product to this one for over a year with no problems, but I decided to upgrade as the other one was around $5.This is not a good product. The sound quality is poor when used for calls. It works okay for listening to music/other audio, but if you need to make calls with a hands-free device, look elsewhere. I also have problems connecting to BT and have to turn the device off and back on twice for it to work. Mine also fell apart within the first week of use. I was able to get it working again, but I had to go back to using the cheaper one that was better quality.

I’m not one for writing reviews, and really dislike doing negative reviews, but feel compelled to share my experience. It arrived, I charged it up, and pairing was easy. I’m using it to listen to music while running on a treadmill. I plug it into a headphone jack on the treadmill itself. First 20 minutes were great, then I got continuous dropouts that sounded like a prolonged musical stutter. Had to turn it off and back on to clear, all while running. Each time since it’s gone into that dropout cycle with increased frequency. It now takes less than a minute before it descends into dropout hell. The phone I’m streaming from is in my pocket and the Bluetooth dongle is less than 12 inches away. Perhaps it’s just the one I got, but based on my experience I’d strongly discourage others from purchasing.

Works great as a Bluetooth to AUX adapter.Purchased for a OneTouch phone which does not have an AUX port. There is an AUX adapter that plugs into the charging port but you can't charge and use AUX at the same time.There is no reliable adapter to use the charging port while charging.This device works great by allowing you to connect audio via Bluetooth which keeps the charging port free to charge at the same time.
