Coolant reservoir hose heater hose Junction is made of upgrade material aluminium, which is harder than the original plastic coolant reservoir hose, not easy to break to extend the service life. What’s more, we equiped the hose with 3 manganese steel clamps to prevent the hose falling down from the connector, which has high strength, good toughness, and the surface has been treated with Dacromet, which is corrosion resistant.
Installation
The installation of the junction is easy. Connect the hoses to the connector, use the clamps to fix the hoses, not need any special skills.

Bought this for my 2006 Cadillac Escalade. Love the aluminum, looks well made, casting seems consistent. Only issue I forsee are the clamps. As pictured you can see they are a little thinner, and actually a little larger in diameter. Being thinner and a little larger, they will 100% not apply as much tension as the factory clamps. Idk if they are still strong enough to hold, but I'm not going to take that chance and recommend to anyone, to just run the stock clamps. Still giving 5 stars despite this because the main product seems well made, and I'm glad someone is making obscure upgrade parts like this for our old trucks. Now I just wish someone would make the heater connector fittings in aluminum in 90 degree angles, using a wire clip, instead of the crappy quick connect clip that always fails.

Absolute life saver on top of saving me a fortune to replace with oem part. On top of that the aluminum will last easily longer than the life of the vehicle.

This unit arrived on time and with everything I needed to install. You will need a new razor blade to cut out the old plastic piece that is on the hose that is OEM. Installation was a breeze, and I was done in about 40 minutes. If this section of hose failed on your truck then this is what you should be replacing it with.
