These work great to funnel fluids where a typical funnel would not reach. I had the opportunity to use the larger one the day after it arrived. I worked on a newer F150 that had an aftermarket skid plate and the oil filter drain spout was just above the plate. I position the larger moldable funnel at the spout and directed it to the side of the skid plate to the oil drain can. It is very flexible and molded easily. I loosened the filter and it drained the oil flawlessly without spilling a drop. I installed a new filter and cleaned funnel. The funnel cleaned very easy and feels like it will last a long time.

These flexible funnels are exactly what is needed for those engine drains that don't give you enough room to get a traditional funnel in place. Changing oil on my generator, snow blower and other small engine applications was usually a mess because I couldn't get a funnel close enough to the outlet. As long as there is a quarter inch, or so, between the outlet and the adjoining structure these funnels will fit and stay rigid enough to drain the oil to just about any receptacle. They're also easy to clean just by wiping with a rag. Highly recommended.

These flexible funnels are pretty neat. I've seen some videos of people using them and they seem to be quite good at reducing oil splatter when doing an oil change. These seem to be very high quality and I really like how they retain the shape when you fold them. It is a nice feature to get two different sizes, especially when you are working under a low car the shorter size is necessary.

2 sizes. Use curved like a trough or roll into a funnel shape. The glossy side is the business side. It helps keep it from unrolling when rolled up and should clean up well. I have used inexpensive flexible cutting boards for this purpose, but they don't clean up as easily. Its thickness can provide some "body" to prevent unwanted flexing.Should travel well. Can store flat/folded in a 1 gallon zip loc bag. We go on a lot of long trips where a funnel might be needed. Will likely serve well for filling engine oil. For filling transmission fluid through the dipstick tube, might not roll small enough.Even if described as easy to clean, using it is likely to be a little messy. If you have to roll it, aim for the open hole when dispensing oil and cleanup might be a little easier.

Perfect for diverting draining oil from the oil pan and oil filter. Two of our vehicles have the oil filter right above a frame section just waiting to make a mess when I remove the oil filter. Two flexible silicone funnels (one ~20”, one ~15”) can be folded in just about any shape to keep oil from splashing off your frame and onto your garage floor. The product page shows how this can be rolled into a fill funnel and guess you can do this, but I find it easier to use one of my wide mouth funnels for this job. I also will use these on my JD diesel tractor and Honda ST1100 motorcycle. Really handy to have in your garage.
