Worked well except for the o-rings being too large, which prevented me from attaching it securely to my coolant system. However, I had spare o-rings, so I managed to make it work without any leaks but of course that meant I couldn’t twist the cap fully closed but that isn’t required. I was able to remove approximately a gallon of air from the coolant system. If this kit had better caps that resembled the spring and seal found on existing radiators with a through hole, it would have fitted much better but for the price you can’t complain much.

This funnel is fantastic. It works exactly as described and is incredibly easy to use. The extra attachments are a great bonus, especially since my truck has two different coolant systems with different caps. It made refilling the coolant after a change completely mess-free, and the ability to stop the flow of liquid helps prevent overfilling. I only wish I had gotten this sooner! I’m planning to buy more to use with other fluids.

Needed to burp coolant system after working on radiator, thermostat, heater core or water pump. This product makes getting the air out of cooling system. I used it and it worked very well, I could see the air bubbles coming to the top of funnel.

I do my own DIY work on cars and this radiator bottle filler works great if you are flushing or adding coolant to your vehicles. Ive used this in american and european cars and the adaptors usually fit with issues. A little bit of play in the radiator cap adaptor but still holds up even after running the system. Overall still pretty easy to use and reduce the chance of spilling coolant in the floor.

This tool got delivered to the wrong adress in the first place by the delivery company. I got a full refund from Amazon. Luckily for me, an honest neighbor brought it back to me the next day. I felt like i needed to give an honest review about the product at the very least. I did try it on a 2020 Mazda CX5 with the atmospheric 2.5 liters engine. The tool needed an extra 2 o’rings on the blue adapter in order to fit snuggly in the green radiator cap adapter. I managed to drain most of the coolant by gravity, not by disconnecting any hoses. The included funnel made it very easy to pour in new « Blue » Mazda coolant. With the engine running, it took about 20 minutes for the engine to warm-up and make sure that no more bubbles would show up in the funnel. I was using before that a vacuum coolant refill device. I found that this last device is way faster then the funnel technique and waste a lot less fuel doing so. However, i prefer the funnel technique because i can visually assess the color of the old coolant and the absence of air pockets in the system. This way i am more then satisfied when the process is over that no air pockets are living inside my cooling system. I will update this review with other vehicle in the near future and pictures. Please let me know if this review is useful for any of you out there wrenching on heir own vehicles.*UPDATE*I did another car as of today, August 17th 2024. Yaris 2012. The blue metal cap and blue adapter were simply a solid snug fit on that car. It took me approximately 20 minutes to refill the cooling system with engine running. I have the front of the car lifted on ramps. This way, the highest point will be the coolant funnel included with this tool. (Air bubbles will always tend to migrate at the highest point). I only have good words for this tool. It makes a necessary preventive maintenance task super easy to accomplish.*Update 2; December 2024, i used this kit with the green adapters to refill a 2010 Ford Focus. Everything was working flawlessly. It took approximately 20 minutes of refill before i couldn’t see any more bubbles. I believe this will work as good on some more recent Ford Transit.*

Big capacity and easy to use. It comes with multiple size caps for all kinds of radiators. The non spill design works great for engine running and system burping. Especially for some of us that has a belt driven fan. Makes it easy to pour coolant into your system. I’ve also used it to put gasoline into my generator because without it. I’d make a mess. This makes that a thing in the past.It comes with a lid to make storing every piece simple inside of the funnel itself.

Dit is een ideaal hulpstuk/gereedschap voor het vullen en ontluchten van de koelvloeistof van de auto. Vullen tot er onder in de trechter vloeistof blijft staan, ook na het knijpen in slangen. Motor starten met de trechter erop en koelvloeistof bijvullen indien nodig, tot er koelvloeistof in de trechter blijft staan. Auto op temperatuur laten komen en zodra de ventilator weer uit gaat, motor uit, stop in de trechter en even laten afkoelen. Trechter met adapter van de vuldop af, dop erop, trechter boven de kan koelvloeistof en leeg laten lopen. Ideaal! Super blij mee!
