I love to paint but am not all that great at sketching. This item makes my art projects so much more pleasurable because I can trace out what I want without a ton or revisions and erasing. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my work surface and I find that helpful when I have all of my art supplies out. It works well and I think it's a great value for the money. I highly recommend.

My son recently discovered a passion for drawing, and this tracing board has been a great way for him to explore that interest. It's simple to use, which is perfect for beginners. He's been able to create some drawings he's really proud of, and they definitely deserve a spot on the fridge!A couple of things to keep in mind: the board itself is a bit flimsy. It's not super sturdy, so you'll want to be careful with it. Also, it's on the smaller side. This works fine for my son right now since he's working on smaller drawings, but it might be limiting as he progresses to larger pieces.Overall, it's a good starting point for young artists. It's helping my son develop his skills and have fun with drawing. For the price, it's a worthwhile purchase.

It was good for what I needed it for, but the design or build quality could be better enhanced. My drawing ability was affected by the design and the way you look into the product while using it. It is easy to understand, but the functionality is a bit difficult. Value for the money is awesome, the size is good for storage.

This Upgrade Optical Image Drawing Board, Sketch Wizard, Easy Tracing Drawing is small, but functional. It takes a bit of fiddling to figure out a position for you to have your hand, drawing surface, path of view and drawing board all in a place to work together in a way that allows you to trace, but once you figure that out, it is very helpful for smaller tracing and/or when you don't want to print and use a light board with an image.It says it is for kids and beginners and I agree, with the caveat that it means older kids (like those in double digits or getting close to).
