I use these to keep tenant files neat and organized. Their lease, signed documents, move in/out form, service requests, tenant letters etc all have their own place. It really makes things so much easier when you need to look for that one bit of information and everything has it's proper "place". Great value and quality!

I offer sales tax reporting and payroll reporting in addition to tax preparation services. We use color coded folders for different services. These green folders are for Sales tax reporting clients only and we love them! They are very sturdy, the prongs hold up well to monthly opening and addition of paperwork and stand up well to constant handling.

We use classification folders in our business on a regular basis. These ones by Universal are the ones we order the most often. The outside is sturdy. The green color is strong, not faded like some other companies. The prongs hold up well, even after adding and removing papers on a regular basis. The only issue we have had on the prongs is that they can occasionally come detached after heavy use. We have stuffed these bad boys with well over an inch of paper, they expand well. Have many files in the drawer that have lasted 15+ years.
