How to install this truck bed roll bar in different truck bed design-Type one without no side slide rail system.
INSTALL ON TRUCK BED DESIGN----TYPE 01
Step 1
- First find the clamping clips (4 pieces) in package.
- This kind truck bed edge without side slide rail system.
Step 2
- Let the clamping clips top hook the bed edge inner side and the bottom side need to be colse to the bracket.
- Use the accroding screws and washer mount the bracket to the truck bed edge.
Step 3
- Could see the final effect like this picture shown.
- This kind truck bed edge design will always seen in our daily life.
- This truck bed roll could compatible 3 fold soft truck bed tonneau cover
Truck Bed with Side Slide Rail System--- Type 02
Step 1
- Different Truck model may have different side rail system. But we could consider all truck bed rail system to install
- So in our package, only one slide block nut. But if your truck bed slide rail system need big slide block nut. The clamping clips could as a slide block nut used.
- Please see these pictures.
Step 2
- First put the block into your side slide rail system and adjust them to a right position
- Then put on the truck bed roll bar, and use the screw mount the bracket to the silde block nut and tighten them
- If your slide rail system is small, choose the small block. if you have a big slide rail system,please choose the clamping clips as a slide block nut.
Step 3
- So install this kind truck bed design, please choose right slide block.
- If the 2 kind block nut compatible, please use a way to change the block side, cutting or modification. Just make the block to compatible with your truck bed side slide rail system

The rack is ok for holding lights and is built light duty , I was pleased with it , BUT after 2 months it started to leach out a chemical that looks like oil and stain the rack and the tonneau cover and fender it can be removed with thinners , but poor materials causes this to rust inside and staining , I contacted seller and was recommended to use paint to fix the issue, I was not painting a 2 month old $800 rack , rack was removed and is currently for sale at half price with a warning, I do NOT recommend this .

This looks nice and compliments my truck. A few thing that I have issue with.The four holes that need to be drilled should have a provided bit. 13mm bits are not readily available in the US and this needs to be that exact size. I ended up making one a hair too big.Directions are not easy to read. A translating computer must have been used.Either the directions were wrong or I didn't get enough lock washers.No weight limit in the description.Had a few minor rub marks but was packaged very well.All in all I am happy with it. It went on sale the day after I ordered it. Go figure!

I bought this three months ago . The brake light is blowing fuses in my truck . Shorting out. Worst part is its starting rust through the chrome .terrible product .Would buy again for this price . Very disappointing .
