This was easy to use and works great. The noise is minimal, but my toilet tank is filling up much faster and flushing smoothly. It seems to be made of quality pieces and fit well in my older toilet. I haven’t noticed any leakage or other issues.

This Houpeoro was able to be deployed to a basement bathroom that our Moen Flo called out as being leaky. I did not need the included flapper or handle but will use those as spares too when the time comes. The valves on these tend to wear out after a few years and likely between water pressure and corrosion/debris in the tank it is inevitable you will need to have flusher replacement valves like this on-hand. My experience in using this unit as a replacement was very good and the new valve went in very quickly with a simple unscrewing of the nut below the toilet tank and disconnection of the water supply (after turning off the stop valve of course). Pro tip turn off the water supply and then flush the tank and hold it down so that you have minimal water drop out from the supply hole. You will want to have a bucket under the supply to the tank as there will be some water that drops. After all that just drop in the new valve and adjust the nut on the extension ballast arm to get to your desired water level. This is usually about an inch or half-inch below the toilet supply tube where the fill hose is aiming/clipped. 5/5 stars from me for these reasons.

I purchased this because my toilet just wasn't flushing very well and I'd have to hold the handle down, even that still struggled so figured I'd just replace the inside of the tank. It fixed my issue, was pretty easy to install. The handle wasn't compatible with my toilet since mine is on the side of the toilet but the one I had works just fine. I would recommend changing your water line if it hasn't been done in awhile. When I connected my water back up the rubber gasket gave out during the process so ran to the plumbing store and grabbed a new one and used a little bit of silicone grease on the new rubber gasket itself for extra protection. Works great now!

This replacement universal toilet replacement kit worked out well in my toilet.A couple of months ago my water bill spiked. I never heard the toilet running but my toilet was the likely culprit. Sure enough after replacing the filler valve and flapper it's been stable ever since.I didn't need to replace the handle so I didn't use that part but it's nice to have a spare on hand just in case.

My toilet was making strange noises almost constantly; thus, I needed this kit. I installed the fill valve from this item. Our toilet does not appear to have any problem with the flush flapper, so I did not use that. Also, the flapper is hidden beneath the overflow tube which I do not want to remove. All the parts went together well and the fill valve does a good job of stopping as soon as the toilet tank is full. The printed instructions were a bit confusing. I am attaching a copy of them. I found the illustrations that accompanied the Amazon ad to be helpful.
