This pat did not fit my American Standard 4019 toilet tank, despite the fact that the 7381162-200.0070A part number was listed on the inside of my tank lid.

If you are fixing a toilet changing guts or doing anything with the screws that attach tank to bowl please make sure your kit has the plastic washer holders this kit has it saved me an hour easily!!!

Bought this item from American Standard direct and found that the large gasket was too large. It is suppose to fit tightly on the large gasket fitting, but this one falls off. Too large a gasket.Beware when you buy it and possibly double check the part numbers. I got this part number right off the inside cover. There was a list of part numbers for the model toilet.

Exactly as described, OEM parts. In our case, the toilet had been installed for some 5 or 6 years. We had a flood of several inches, and had to remodel our home. I removed the toilet and stored it for reinstallation later. I decided to replace the tank to bowl bolts and seals as they are fairly inexpensive (in the big picture), and setting the toilet with the tank removed is much, much easier. No need to risk leakage in a just-repaired home over trying to reuse rubber parts that have taken on some compression set. The parts were complete, perfect fit, exactly as promised.
