I absolutely love the combination of screen and cover! I put porch screen around my cage and a cage cover over that, which admittedly was unwieldy but got the job done so when I saw this innovative design, I knew I had to get it!The pull ties at the base secure nicely so no seeds escape (for my application, it fits snug where the cage fits into the base - it also fit snug over the base but my birds love to scatter seed).Put the cover over the cage, zippers closed, snug the elastic pulls (push to release toggles), and it is an excellent night cover. Each side has a canvas panel that is kept securely closed by velcro. You can open one, or all, to explose screen so your birds can have a large viewing area - and once rolled open, each panel has a strap to keep the roll in place. The screen is securely sewn and a quality weave, not obscuring vision (yours or the birds), and keeps seed inside instead of having hulls all over the floor. Also, if you decide you want any or all of the sides completely open, unzip, roll up, secure with the straps! Excellent design!The material is a duffle bag canvas that is very strong, the zippers are good quality, and the velcro is sturdy, easily lending itself to many openings and closings. Extremely happy with this!!

This is a good birdcage cover. It keeps the birds warm during colder times and it can also be made to where it’s open on one side and closed on another side in case you want to give the birds shade but allow for ventilation at the same time. It is thick and fits well on my birdcage.

There are clips to hold up the side flaps under the mesh flaps but not between. You can't roll up just the thermal flaps and leave the mesh flaps down. As expected, my birds chewed through the mesh sides within a few days. The cover fits the cage nicely.

Very sad that it didn't fit my birdcages.. it was about 1-1.5" too small for mine, however, quality and design is great which is why I gave it four stars. My cages have four small doors for food and water and the main front door which makes the design so functional. I loved the ability/option to roll up the desired side of use when needed. If they would make it a bit larger I would definitely purchase it.

I would not give it 5 stars , it is big and bulky plus my bird does not like the sound of it.There are extra Velcro straps which was not explained and pockets.

I put this on at about 9:00 at night and I don't hear a peep until I open it up at 8:00 the next morning. Best buy I have made for these birds! Besides the cage which was great as well.
