I jumped the gun and through out my old cover (ripped everywhere) before thoroughly checking this one. I'm so disappointed. I had to immediately take it off the cage as I was worried it would kill my parrot - it reeks!!! The smell is so strong it has given me a migraine. It is extremely think - and looks nothing like the pictures!

I got it a size too big but that don't matter better too big than too small! And before I got this I was using 4 blankets to cover them up this is so much easier. Keeps it dark and water proof when spraying them for bathtime.

Ah! Enfin, nos perroquets sont plus silencieux le matin puisque la housse est très opaque ce qui nous permet d'avoir le silence dans la maison plus longtemps le matin.

Super awesome and really useful. Its got hooks to keep up the opening, velcro to keep tarp closed and completely blacks out the inside. If you have a big bird cage get it you won't regret it.

It did make my parrots cage dark for her to sleep. I had a problem with the cover catching on my seed catchers and letting the seeds fall out on the floor. I used it for a week and then went back to my dark sheet so I could keep my hardwood floors seed free.

Just got this today. I don’t care about waterproofing but the material needs to be breathable. This is NOT. It’s plastic and poorly made and doesn’t even work with my cage. Will be returning ASAP.
