My toddler has mastered the art of hiding the remote in places I’ll never find. It's like a game, and honestly, she’s winning. So, I grabbed this VIZIO Smart TV Remote Control Replacement, and it’s been a total lifesaver. It looks exactly like the original (maybe even a bit better), feels great in hand, and works perfectly—no setup needed! The quality is impressive, and the price is spot on. Now, when my toddler pulls her usual stunt, I can just grab this backup and keep the TV marathon going. Highly recommend for anyone who’s tired of searching for their lost remote!

This remote is very much like the one I replaced. The nice thing about it is you just put batteries in, point at the TV and it works. There is no programming required. The price is very reasonable. It is nice to get a good product at a good price that is just as advertised.

Works great, no set up! Was difficult to open to put batteries in, as was the original, but I got them in, it's been great! Dropped the original one in water and dried it out, but the back button didn't work so I could really only use it on voice command, which is tedious.

Not sure if anyone else experienced this. The Disney button on both remotes does not work. Otherwise good for the price.

in our household, we have two different TVs that use the same control so the control always goes missing. I bought these as a back up. They worked pretty good from time to time but every once in a while they have like a glitch where it takes a few seconds for the option selected to actually work other than that not bad

I simply put in two AAA batteries (not included), and it worked seamlessly with my TV. It has all the essential buttons, including shortcuts to streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, which makes navigating so much more convenient.The build quality is solid, and it feels comfortable in hand, just like the original VIZIO remote. The buttons are responsive, and there’s no lag between pressing them and the TV's response. Good. Works straight out of the box for 90% of functions on the Frame.The only issues are the On/ Off does not have continuous hold and only puts the TV into art mode and not off/ standby.Also the fast fwd button also isn't continuous and needs to press for any forward or backwards and not a smooth scroll like the original.Not bad for the price I guess

My kids destroy remotes. So I needed some to replace the ones they ruined, and these more than fit the bill. Interestingly enough, these generic LG remotes work perfectly with a TV I bought in 2015, as well as the one I just purchased last month. (The credit for that happy discovery is likely more to LG than whomever made these.)Regardless... I actually prefer these remotes to the original LG remotes. Why? (1) Cost effective. They are built pretty good so I expect they should last at least a couple of years, but should one of them die in service its not going to cost me 50 bucks for an OEM replacement. (2) No voice recognition function! I'm really not comfortable with LG, Amazon, Disney, and whatever other app happens to be running on my new TV (aka "listening device") recording my family member's voice prints. I'm sorry. I do not trust corporations to put my family's personal privacy above their desire to make a profit... so I am happy there is no voice function. And finally (3) these remotes DO NOT use the LG magic pointer, which as much as I tried to get used to it over many years, I find I am able to select and activate whatever I desire far faster with the simple arrow buttons on the remote, then trying to aim at a particular target and click. It feel like I'm trying to play "Duck Hunt" for those of you old enough to remember that arcade classic. Even my kids prefer using the arrows on the remote than having to aim & click (most of the time). Anyway, to sum up" These are cheap, and they get the job done. I am quite pleased.
