Mirrors were easy to install and provided the additional view needed to see down the sides of our travel trailer. Were stable and did not move or vibrate when traveling.

Expeditions have terrible mirrors for towing. Have used a few different versions of these. This by far fit best and was most secure. Easy to put on. Function well and can see around rv. Good cost for what it does. One strap broke but clamps make it so it still is secure.

I was skeptical about these. I figured I would have lost them by now but they hold on good. They do bounce but for the most part provide good views to your sides.

The bezel of the mirror was at the top end of the adjustment range but it fit well. Straps help a lot in keeping the mirror from sliding. Tested at 75 MPH and they held when at 75% of extension. Some shake/vibration but it should be expected. Overall, pleased with the mirrors especially for this price point.

Let's face it, unless you are lucky enough to own a vehicle that has the moulded, slip-on trailer mirrors available, you're going to get stuck using strap-on mirrors. This one comes with a safety strap in case it comes off. (I recommend using duct tape across the straps) The straps are fairly heavy duty black rubber, the clips are thick plastic - almost too big and thick. The support tube is ample. The storage bags are handy. All in all, a quality set up. Of course, as with any of them,, the farther the mirror is extended, the more it vibrates. All these mirrors are inately hard to adjust; especially the passenger side. Keep in mind that the wind bends the mirror inward so adjust it too far out. Also remember that if you change drivers, you will probably have to readjust them! I drove for hours with these and they did not loosen up; you must install them correctly. Adjust your vehicle mirrors to allow a good fit. I was going to return them but I decided that, relatively speaking, for the price, they are as good as or better than all the others because the problems are caused by the nature of the design itself; they are all after-market, jerry-rigged devices that work only OK at best and they look that way too. BTW, they do fold closed with your mirror in parking lots.

The mirrors were easy to install however they did not perform well. On side roads and country roads they wiggled and vibrated making them difficult to use. Once we hit the freeway the passenger side mirror flew off and was completely destroyed after only two miles. I immediately stopped and removed the driver's side mirror which was buffeting and blowing in the wind as well. Don't buy these if you ever plan to drive faster than 45 mph...
