This remote have 5 buttons, 3-Speed (High/Medium/Low) and OFF for fan speed control, Light Dimmer for dimming control.
The light dimmer works well with some dimmable CFL/LED lights and all incandescent lamps.
Most LED/CFL lights are non-dimmable, the remote only control ON/OFF function and it may cause to flicker when using the dimming function.
Easy to Set the Dip Switches and Connect to the Motor
HOW to Use and Install
1.Setting the same matches dip switch on the transmitter and receiver:
16 different frequencies that can be set for the receiver and the transmitter. The default settings is 0000, and it is not recommended. The remote control uses a 9V battery but is NOT included in the pakage.
2.Installing receiver in ceiling fan
The receiver wires are labelled, and the wires all have the correct color codes.Connect the ceiling fan and light according to the wiring label of the receiver.
3.Install remote control battery ,and you can use
The remote control uses a 9V battery .but is NOT included in the pakage.
Suitable for the Ceiling Fans with Pull Cord Switch and Wall Switch
Please Note that this ceiling fan remote not have the Reverse Button, but it suitable for the ceiling fans which with reverse switch. It works well with the fans in the reverse state.
Air flows downward to enjoy the cool natural breeze, and air circulates upward to flow natural air.
Note: Please NOTE that this remote does not have the Reverse button. If your ceiling fan have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and remote control be used together. The remote control requires a 9V battery for work(NOT INCLUDED).

The first one it turned the lights on but not the fan! I sent back for replacement, this one does the same, so it's not universal cuz it's unable to fully sync with ours!

Ceiling fan. The wires on the old remote came off. I finally found this remote and it worked perfectly. Luckily I still had the old remote to match up the code.

We recently bought a new house that had this huge ceiling fan installed but no way to turn it on. We thought it was electrical due to all of the other electrical issues we have been seeing. I climbed up on a tall ladder and replaced the bulb on the bottom and the light turned on. I then went to hardware stores to look for something that would work with the fan, but nothing worked. I thought I would give this one a shot.I purchased and the vendor sent it to us super fast! (THANK YOU!)I put a battery in and BOOM!!! It worked. We were able to turn on the fan, adjust the lighting, and turn off the fan.Now, I just need to figure out where to mount it!

I had to replace the original remote controller because my renters destroyed the previous one. It was a quick swap if you have some basic light fixture and fan installation experience. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend this product. I’ve had this for a couple of weeks so far and it works perfectly.

Got this to replace an old Hampton Bay, ceiling fan remote that started not registering button presses. It looks and works exactly the same as the the remote it replaced, just without the name/logo. I fought with the old remote for a while before I thought that maybe I could find a replacement on Amazon. Which I looked sooner.
