The fan was not a universal replacement for my application.Everything fit well, just had to shorten the fan shaft so it was even with the fan because it was hitting the top of the fan housing. Cut about 3/16 “ off the shaft and it works great. Our fan housing was installed in 1979 and it is a fan made by Aubrey which is no longer in business and most of these replacement fans are for NuTone or Broan fans. Would recommend this fan.

Perfect fit for a Mercury brand bathroom fan, which is basically the same as the Nutone models. Much quieter than the original but also less air flow. Should work fine. Easy install.

Easy install if you know how to disassemble old fan. You may have to rewire connection...look at your old fan first. Fan blade was slightly out of balance...would "rumble" when installed so I hung the fan outside the mount and stuck a two inch piece of electrical tape, moving the single piece to various places on the fans top surface, turning it off and on between tape repositioning until vibration was minimal. Works great now, no more rumble...just the sound of moving air.

Was a super easy fix. Replaced the old rusted out fan with no problems. It was an exact replacement. Basically a plug'n'play install.

I knew we needed a new fan for about a year now as the motor's been getting louder and louder. Then I just thought what if I just replaced the motor so that's what I did. I found these on Amazon and it fit perfectly. I can hardly believe how quiet the fan is and yet it still works similarly to the other one. I highly recommend you buy this if you need one for your fan. It's a good price and it saves you the cost of having to buy a new fan Aunt. It's top quality and very powerful.

This motor does fit but I have reservations as to its longevity.It turns opposite of the original and required flipping the armature to get the corresponding ect rotation.The lamination and coil are literally half the size as the original and the speed is not the same. The wire is very short and it may require lengthening to fit your application.

I moved into my apartment and within a week, the bathroom fan went out. The management said they would charge me $65 to replace it, so I bought this and replaced it myself for $16 and 35 minutes of work. Getting the old one out took about 30 minutes and it took me 5 minutes to put the new one in and reinstall it. Works great, good air flow, and it's whisper quiet.
