Sounds like a freight train on my 18 wheeler. Love it

I already had one set mounted behind the front bumper on the left frame rail. It runs off it's own air tank and it plumbed with 1/2" tubing and ball valve. Too much air volume for the one horn so I ordered this set and mounted to the right frame rail and teed into the 1/2" line from the other horn. It's so loud it hurts my ears from inside my truck. The factory air horn on my Freightliner M2 was pathetic. A high pitched, almost squeaky tone, so the train horns are a vast improvement. Would definitely recommend. If you are running this with an electric compressor, be sure to use a regulator as more than 120psi will rupture the diagram in the horn and more pressure will not make your horn louder.

The strange part I bought the same brand and set up three years ago for one tractor, but this new one seems to be a bit higher pitch. It’s still awesome I’m only commenting because I have a comparison to the new one. Buy it. They’re loud and deep.

Excellent trumpets at a great price. Loud even at 120 psi. I read a few of the bad reviews here and, my advice, get your train horns professionally installed if you haven't much experience with 12V air systems. Highly recommended product that is weighty and of solid construction. We will be selling and installing these at our shop and fully expect every client to be ecstatic with the train-like sound. For the price proportional to the quality and the "what you get," I'd give this product 6 stars if I could.Tips for do-it-yourselfers...120 to 150 psi is more than enough. Too much psi and it's your own risk. You won't get more sound anyway.

This will be my go to for train horns for my semi trucks. The price was excellent and shipped fast. The hardware is great also.

they sound great. fairly simple to install if you get all the right components. you need to get a compressor and tank. i tried to stay small with a 1.5 gallon at first but realized its much more logical to go to 5 gallon. Id say at least 3 gallon just so the compressor is not running all the time if youre planning to use them often or in long bursts when playing around with buddies. The tone is maybe a tad bit higher pitched than a freight locomotive but nothing even noticeable. if you were near tracks and heard these with a good blast you wouldnt know the difference.install is fairly simple i wired mine into my switch panel for emergency lights and led floods in my truck and put the tank and compressor in the toolbox. with a little wiring knowledge and some basic tools its an easy install in a couple hours. i also added a t with a fitting to run an air hose for pumping tires, dust gun, and other small air tools.overall definitely a great bang for your buck
