This flashlight is a bit bulky, but it has a sturdy feel. The light is very bright and has good coverage. It makes it very easy to spot hornworms on my tomato plants at night.

I have tried several UV flashlights, they all sort of work but none are anywhere near the capabilities of this one. This one appears to have high power LEDs and a very effective filter to filter out the visible light that the LEDs also emit. My other ultraviolet flashlights all have a bunch of little ultraviolet LEDs but no filter to filter out the visible light. This one is light years ahead of any other LED ultraviolet flashlight I have used. Fairly pricey at $69 at the time of this review, but if you want a decent ultraviolet flashlight, this is the one to get. Highly recommended.

You know this light also detects pet urine. Don't use in your house unless you are prepared to be shocked. This light is heavy duty and pretty darn cool. We tested it out in the house and found glowing little cat prints on the tile floor coming in from the doggie door....ewe. I guess my fur baby forgot to wipe her feet before coming inside. The light is super strong and the lamp gets hot real quick.

I use these kind of lights when I go fishing, and I need to get my glow in the dark lures charged up. You hit them with a good UV flashlight, and they'll be brighter, and stay that way longer, than if you just set them out in the sun. This flashlight checks all the boxes, and more! It's very powerful, to the point where you can see the light in brightness of the sunlight, which is crazy. Most of my UV flashlights, you can only see in the dark. This one is powerful though, and comes with everything you need to keep it going, and powered up correctly, including two high voltage, high amp batteries and a charger. If you need a UV flashlight for anything, this is your guy!

I originally purchased this to detect urine stains from pets. The bigger and best thing i found it detects is pollen. Pollen glows. If you have allergies, use this light to see how pollen settles everywhere in your home.

The Uniquefire portable UV light operates at 365 nm, is very bright, and thus is great at what it is for…providing a 50 W LED equivalent UV source. With this light I recharge lumi dials, lures, artwork and the like. I also used this to assess the cleanliness of my home. This has also found use in chemistry, for me, performing high energy irradiation.The barrel does get rather warm and batter life, as one might expect from such a powerful light is scanty. For all that this light at some $70 is a bit costly, but I do expect use from it for years to come.

This thing is quite amazing very bright. Don’t take it into someplace where you don’t wanna see what’s on the walls that’s for sure. The battery life isn’t all that great it does come with a charger, but as bright as it is, can’t ask for anything more would be had another set of batteries.
