I have had a lot of crates and this one is the most sturdy and good looking and practical..I like the table top for my coffee and my puppy’s toys…ships quickly - comes un assembled and there are a lot of pieces to put together and it looks like a puzzle…however the instructions are very good and detailed…the bed that comes with it is nice and most importantly - my Puppy Moses loves to rest and sleep in it even when he does not need to be in a crate — I love it - my dog loves it…you will also — only thing - it took me over 2 hours to get it put together but I am not a handyman….wondeful purchase for me…

As I unpacked the box, I was impressed with the careful attention to protection from parts rubbing and shifting. The small pieces were all secured in a red plastic bag and clearly marked as called for in the instructions. The sides, top and bottom pieces were beautifully finished. The only hesitation was attaching the clasps, or locks. The predrilled holes did not line up exactly with each other. We had to make new holes for part of the side lock. Otherwise, it went together very smoothly. There was even a package marked " spare parts" which went unopened.If I could make one suggestion, it would be to mention, in the instructions, that sides B and C are interchangeable depending on where one prefers the smaller door to open. We were following the instructions closely. I would have done that had I not been putting on the top when I realized the smaller door would be up against the couch. The only other time we disagreed with the instructions was when one of the sides was shown as if the cam screws were fastened on the outside instead of on the inside. We just turned the panel around so all corner braces and fastener holes were inside.I would definitely recommend this product. It came two days earlier than originally scheduled. The manufacturers gave a lot of attention to good looks and simple instructions.

I absolutely loved this kennel, it's super cute and fits nicely in my room. Unfortunately, it's a little hard to clean. I have a puppy who's still learning to crate train and the little rascal ate something he shouldn't have and got diarrhea. He had an accident inside the kennel and because of the way the kennel is built some diarrhea got between the base of the walls and the floor base. I managed to thoroughly clean it by sticking a thin plastic object with a wet wipe and slide it in between.Another downside is the material on the edges along the bars is easily chewed. He's already destroyed most of it and stripped away the white paint.Everything else is perfect so I definitely recommend this for crate trained dogs only. Assembly was very quick and easy, I think it only took me around 30 minutes. The crate is also very sturdy outside, there's no wobbling and it doesn't feel loose anywhere. I'm able to puts food items, toy baskets and other items on top without problems.

This is very pretty in my living room. Much nicer than the usual cages and he gets to be with the other pets that are allowed loose in the house. I assembled it myself super easy.

Arrived quickly. Clear instructions for assembly. I'm getting on a bit so I took my time with the assembly. Probably took me a couple of hours. My dog has been crated at night very happily since she came to me so I was a little concerned she would reject this change. I put her familiar bedding on top of that provided and she was happy going to bed as usual. This crate gives her more space than her old one so she can stretch out. I think it looks great. May not be suitable for a dog that doesn't settle well in a crate as it's not as sturdy as a traditional crate. For me it's perfect and I'm happy with the purchase.

Perfect size for my 2 Jack Russell's to sleep comfortably. Would be better if had a secound lock on the front door as a little rattley with just the one. Looks a lot smarter than a standard wire cage for the living room. Overall very pleased with purchase and would recommend.

The pictures do not do this crate justice. It is really classy looking in our living room. The top is on a level with the arm of our sofa so it makes a good end table. Very easy to assemble - and, we are not the handiest folks. Easier than IKEA, I think. All the holes lined up well. You can put the gates on either side. Sturdy brass closures. The 4 sides with grates means plenty of air flow and visibility for our little one. We have a beagle / Boston terrier mix who weighs about 24 pounds. The medium is the perfect size for her. The dog bed is just a thin pad with a low bolster around the sides. We used her comfy bed instead. I’m not a fan of industrial looking wire crates for my dogs but since this little pup will probably need a crate longer than my other dogs did, this is a very good option. Delivery took just under a week.

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. Despite the delivery guy being rough with the box, nothing was damaged or defective. Very sturdy and beautiful crate. I would add a second inner lock for the double doors to keep it more secure. It is strange construction to have the inner door lock be on the top of the door rather than the bottom. To have 2 on one door inside would be optimal. I was able to assemble in about an hour with 1 screw driver. I agree with another reviewer to assemble all 4 sides before dropping it into the base. Not for puppies or dogs who are rough on crates (heavy pawing and chewing) best suited for calmer adult dogs who are already crate trained. My 25lb French Bulldog fits perfectly in the medium with room to spare for either food and water or a puppy pad next to a smaller bed inside. I don’t care for the bed it comes with. Tan is not my first choice and I think it’s slightly smaller than the interior dimensions. I’ll keep it for a while because it was free but I plan on replacing it with a thicker, nicer bed.
