One of my three cats developes rat ulcers on his chin and lower lips periodically. I think this happens because he loves to rub that area against box edges, zippers or the edge of the wall. A few days of prednisone and the lysine chews fix it. If we are able to catch it early, the lysine chews will do the trick very quickly. They all like these. I could no longer find the original brand I had purchased years ago and tried a different brand, which were dryer and harder than these, before finding this brand. They did not like them. These are softer and they try to push each other out of the way as they line up to get them.

I think they work it's just my girl has an ear infection so I can't see them working 100% yet but I did notice a difference even with that going on

My cat would not eat it. Spit it out 3 times before I gave up. They were harder than I expected since they are described as a soft chew.

My vet recommended these for my cat's respiratory issue; my cat loves them and seems to be feeling better! So glad I was able to find these and get them right away.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. Bought this for my cat who has to take lysine daily and has never had a problem with any brands before until this one. He has been throwing up all over my house all day... including pieces of the chews. I have never seen him this sick. Will be returning for sure.Addendum- had to take my cat to the vet. The vet assured me that this product is not vet recommended and to never give this to my cat again. Hopefully this will help others.
