Just can't get it to work properly. Went out a bought an old fashioned one that you just stick in whatever you are using this for and watch the needle go up. Just like the game on price is right! No Brainer, old school.PLEASE READ..The seller got in touch with me and offered a full refund! Unbleavable in this day and age. Impressed after I said ok how quickly the refund was issued.

I had a different thermometer for a while. It stopped working on me, so I was on the hunt for a new one. This one came quickly. Having worked in food service in the past, I'm a stickler about having proper temperatures of meat when cooking, so this is a must have for my kitchen. The only "con" of this thermometer is the button cell battery. It's cheaper to replace a AA or AAA battery. So far, this one seems to be working accurately and it shows the temperature pretty quickly.
