This pan took a long time to be delivered and I wasn’t sure whether it would ever get here…..but, once i got it the pan is excellent and I will probably order another one in the future. The heat is well balanced with the unique finish on the bottom of the pan. Not inexpensive but worth the money.

Nice heavy gauge aluminum pan with rolled edges. Even heating, textured surface that is easily cleaned. For whatever reason manufacturer does not recommend dishwasher cleaning, rather hand cleaning.

This is the second Ultra Cuisine cake pan that I've bought. Will gradually replace all my pans with these. They are heavyweight and sturdy, don't warp or rust. As the headline says-they are definitely easy to clean. I love that! These will last a lifetime!

De muy buen tamaño y de un material de calidad.Lo adquiri porque hice un estofado pero al hacerlo en una bandeja no tan profunda parte del líquido se derramó e hizo un desastre en el horno.Con esta bandeja me ahorro esos problemas y puedo cocinar comidas jugosas en el horno.

Love this pan. I bake my sourdough dinner rolls in it and they turn out perfectly… assures even baking !I’ve been baking for over 50 years and I can say it’s the best of its kind for sure!

El material se ve muy resistente, hasta el momento nada se pega y el recubrimiento está intacto.
