I just made a fritatta in this and cannot believe how easily it released from the pan. Absolutely nothing stuck to the bottom and it was incredibly easy to clean. I need to order more of these in other sizes.

Over the past few years I've been transitioning to ceramic cookware in order to avoid the health risks associated with teflon-coated pots and pans. I recently bought this ceramic baking sheet and am seriously impressed with the quality. My old metal baking sheets bent easily and warped when put in the oven. This OXO ceramic baking sheet is thick and does not bend or flex at all. I bought the quarter size for small baking projects but plan on buying the larger size as well because I'm so pleased with the quality.

Put cut raw tomatoes on pan to cook them. Left a stain that washed right off. Usually use parchment paper, but you don't need to with this pan. Love it, by far best pan I've had.

Great nonstick muffin pan, but so big (mostly from very large areas on each end to grab it) that it wouldn't fit in my "baking stuff" cabinet, so I had to buy a normal-size one. Keep in mind that it has the same 12 cups as every other pan, but it's at least an inch or two longer than most.

After a few tries, I found this round oven pan and it is the best. Performs as described. Solid, non-stick.

I bought this muffin pan because I need to prepare food for the week, and I am trying to keep things practical for lunch, while maintaining a low-carb, keto plan. I wanted this pan to make egg bites and boy, was I surprised! Very pleasantly surprised! With a mixture of eggs, cheese, bacon and some veggies, I put some coconut oil on the surface of the muffins, and that was enough - nothing stuck and everything was so easy to clean!!! I am honestly amazed at this pan, I have not seen such results with eggs!! I was initially a bit weary about getting this pan because of the price, but I am so glad I did. (I followed America's Test Kitchen reviews, and that's where I got the recommendation to try this pan). I highly recommend this!!
