Seems well made and I really wanted to love it, but it isn't compatible with short people. I'm 5'2" and have 0 resistance because the bands and ropes are too long and can't adjust shorter.

I like the everything about this but the exercise instructions, they are to small and have to stop workouts to see what to do. Would like to see a poster size. But everything is is great
