Im 5’2” the straps are too long. There was no safe way to adjust them so I returned it.

I need workout toll that is specially for beginner and this is great. It’s super versatile, easy to use, and has instructions. My favorite part is that in packs into a small bag and doesn’t take up much space at all.

Great home workout product. YouTube short videos are helpful. Unfortunately, the door anchor is missing the hook on the end (see photo). Otherwise everything else was received.

I’m so excited to try this and use it! I am aware it’s a new product, it arrives today unfortunately the DOOR ANCHOR is missing the little hook clip at the end and I’m also missing one of the manuals. On the description it says you can also watch a video for example exercises but I haven’t seen it yet. I would’ve gave it a 5 star but I’m a big fan of receiving everything.

I've been looking for a resistance band product for some time, and wanted more than just the bands themselves. This is a good kit to start your workout, with multiple parts, and uses. There are two inserts which provide good instructions on use, and exercises. Plus, there is a real website with more info. Overall, an excellent product to get you going on this type of exercise.
