Ultima Peel-Off China Marker

Professional quality chinagraph pencils

Ultima china markers are the improved version of a "grease" or “wax” pencil; it is one of the most versatile and easily used of all marking instruments. True, opaque pigment marks on all glazed and polished surfaces: glass, plastic, acetate, rubber, metal, etc. The firm, round core of each marker is paper wrapped, grit-free and non-conductive, with string for easy sharpening. Ultima china markers will write on skin but may only leave faint markings depending on individual skin type.

  • Works on porous and nonporous surfaces.
  • Writes well on china, glass, metal, plastic and other smooth surfaces.
  • No sharpening required, just pull the string and peel down to sharpen tip.
  • Fade and water resistant.
  • Available in six vivid colors: black, white, blue, green, red and yellow.

I use these mostly for dating food products that I can, dehydrate, freeze, ferment, writing stays on until you want it off, and then comes off cleanly without too much effort. Nice colors too.

These pencils perform as china markers should. The added value is getting a variety of colors for the price.

About these as a friend for a gift. They needed them for a board game that you have to write on. So far they work just fine

THESE PEEL-OFF GREASE PENCILS ARE ONLY DURABLE IF YOU KEEP THEM IN A DRY, COOL CLIMATE.A FOUR TO FIVE YEAR OLD CHILD CAN EASILY LEARN HOW TO USE THEM. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I FOUND AN EVEN CHEAPER BRAND FOR FOUR DOLLARS CHEAPER... YOU DO THE MATH!AMAZON CUSTOMER, PRIME MEMBER SINCE, 2015.

I'm going to request a refund. The colors barely show when you draw with them, so they are useless to me. And one of the pencils was broken when I received the package. I could deal with one broken pencil if they actually worked. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Sadly, I have to give this product a thumbs down. The first box arrived quickly, however a few of the markers had been used. I returned them for an exchange and the next box was here overnight.....very pleased. Until I opened the packaging. Unfortunately, the box is quite flimsy and it had opened, allowing all the pencils to fall out. This caused the pencil ends - some which are already 1/2” long, to break and be crushed. I don’t feel that they are smooth enough and am afraid they will break easily. They aren’t for dainty work or for children to color with. The colors themselves are excellent and I do like that they all have small plastic covers on the bottom of each pencil. I am not going to return them again. I’ll use them for something else another time as the price was good.
