Unlike a true grease pencil, these are much waxier and harder. They do mark a lot of things, but a real grease pencil will leave a very distinct, solid mark whereas these pencils are much less distinct on many surfaces. I was hoping these would be true grease pencils, and they do look like them (with the peel-back paper) but aren't quite the same. However, for the price, you do get a few different colours, and depending on what it is you are marking these could be very useful. I wanted to be able to mark plastics and fibreglass PCBs, and while they do work it's not quite as thick and obvious as a grease pencil.

I use China markers for drawing. These were pretty useless because the ratio of pigment to wax is low.

Great china markers, perfect for marking jars and bottles for fermenting projects and various other projects. Washes off easily when you're done but won't wipe off with condensation like chalk markers.

I went to use these for the first time, and couldn't get it to peel hardly at all. Had to dig in with my fingernails to try and get the "paper" to peel back. Reseller would stand behind them so sending them back**EDIT**The reseller would not accept the return because it was not in new condition. Highly recommend against purchasing from this reseller.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Colors are bright. I use them when tutoring to provide erasable worksheets so young children can practice writing skills.

It’s a set of grease pencils, different colors. Does the job well. What more is there? “I felt that the marks made were truly epic, far exceeding the quality of marks made by lesser grease pencils.” Geez- I need to write some toilet paper reviews too I guess.

These are good but don't handle the heat too well out un my tool box. I ordered the plastic kind with work better in from out of my hot toolbox.
