I’ve tried other (cheaper) syringes for my cat’s insulin needs, but the sharps container is handy, the storage of unused needles is convenient and the syringes themselves are clearly marked. I’ve bought this over a dozen times and will keep buying it for the duration of Greta’s life.

These are what my vet wants me to use personally I think the needles are very flimsy they bend just putting them into the insulin bottle and I don't think there very sharp either my dog acts like it hurts every time I give him shot and I think there over priced

The syringes are easy to read and it is handy to have the "Safe Pack" receptacle in which to deposit used syringes.

I have a diabetic cat. The insulin for cats is VERY expensive and he needs shots twice a day. The syringes from the vet is also expensive. Since they are single use, I find these work just fine. They are sharp and have the unit measurements on the side making it very convenient and easy to get the exact dose that he needs.

My Furry Bro is diabetic, lately I’ve been the one giving him his shots twice a day before meal times. This U-40 are made for the porcupine kind of insulin and not the Humalog kind that has U-100 rating ( they make those too) So make sure when buying that the U rating matches the insulin you’re using. Overall this have a great quality and it’s easy to use and read. The important part, it’s not to painful for the dog. He doesn’t seem to have a great deal of pain. I have given a couple of painful shots but no lingering pain. He doesn’t run when we giving his shots because he is a pretty easy going dog. (Lhasa Apso) We’ve used these needles for 8 months and the sharp container makes this an easier process. The bottom in the sharps end drops down as you use up the needles. The only issue is it limited to what states it ships too… overall best thing to use if your love one is diabetic & needs injections.
