Have used these before. Maybe a little more expensive, but worth it. I’ve had the cheaper ones. They don’t fit properly with my wife’s feeding tube. They were a big pain to use.

I bought these syringes to administer medication to my horses. Was not disappointed!! They are good quality with easy to read markings. The plunger slides easily too! Very satisfied!!

I really like that they can be used for multiple feedings. The ones we used to get through insurance would be useless after 1 feeding. These can be cleaned and used for a couple of days before you need a new one.

The old ones had ridges on the plunger so that it was easy to just use the ridges to push the plunger down when using to feed sick animals. These no longer have these and it is just about impossible to put your hand on the top of the plunger to push the food down. If one gets a smaller size syringe, the hole is smaller making it more difficult to use as a feeding syringe.

Best purchase, I would definitely order more. I have to feed my handicap dog with the syringe this makes life easier. For future buyers the Monoject is rubber is delicate, if you do plan on using the syringe for a while wash the syringe after every use and dry immediately after. For the second use; place coconut oil or an oil friendly for your pet on the rubber plunger, this will allow the plunger to glide down easy. If you need the product for a long period of time I would recommend purchasing two boxes or just reorder when needed.

This is one of three brands of syringes that I've tried and it is the best. I use it to feed my dog through a tube, a thick preparation made from a prescription dog food. She requires about 6 syringe injections of this food per feeding. This syringe glides fairly easily throughout the feeding and is good for multiple feedings (after being cleaned between feedings). Another brand shedded minute plastic pieces into the food and a second brand was extremely difficult to use after the first syringe full of food, requiring sometimes two syringes per feeding. This is the syringe to use.
