I bought this on the advice of my physical therapist. I was having knee pain when doing regular squats due to another injury. By using this and doing sumo style squats, I have been able to do them with little to no pain. Also allows for a deeper squat.

I'm pretty tall with long legs, and this wedge allows me to get into a much deeper squat without stressing my knees. It's seeing daily use around here, but I like that its slim profile makes it easy to tuck out of sight between workouts.

Just what I needed to enhance my squat form and position. I wear a women's size 9 1/2 and stand at 511... there was much room on the wedge for correct footing position. It just slip resistant and sturdy. It was packaged nicely to ensure there wasnt any damage.Definitely recommend.

My PT has a similar block that he has me use for stretching. This works as well as his. No complaints. The foam is light and slightly bowed but it is dense enough that my weight doesn't affect it (180). I can slide a bit on hardwood but I don't do any dynamic exercises with it so that hasn't been an issue for me.

The pad is lightweight so it is easy to store and pick up but firm enough to provide the elevation support I need when squaring. The foam has not become dented or damaged

I haven’t had this wedge very long, so I can’t predict how well it will hold up over time, but so far, I love it. The foam is dense but very lightweight. I detect no deflection when I step on it. The top side is ribbed to ensure that your feet don’t slip while doing squats, and it is wide enough to accommodate any size person and any style of squatting. My only complaint is that the bottom (the side that sits on the floor) is smooth with no texture to keep it from shifting while you are positioning your feet. I found that once my body weight is on the wedge, it stays put, but it can shift on the floor if you aren’t careful when you step on it. This is a minor problem that I imagine could be resolved with a small amount of double-sided tape or other non-slip material added to the underside. If you do free-weight squats as part of your workout, I highly recommend this wedge.
