the listing was for a 3.3 inches / 85mm long pin according to the product image provided. This pin is actually 1.5 inches / 40mm long.

These are about half the length they say they are. I can still use them, but I was looking for longer pins for a large specimen and only bought these because of the length described.

A nice bunch of pins, great little storage ampules. The pins themselves are incredibly thin, and very flexible. I found them too weak to use as a body pin for something as large as a monarch or cicada, but great for details like legs.
