The magnetic lock was exactly what I was looking for and worked great for about a year. It had pretty minimal use during that time, but has gone dead. The receiver has stopped working. I believe it is the circuit board within in.Thus far I have not gotten any help replacing the receiver.model: hbk-r01

Good bargain but assembly hard had to bench test and instruction vague because I order double door inward swing no video and instructions not available.

It takes constant power to work so it didn’t work for me. I was trying to keep bifold doors closed on my bus. However unless you have constant power it’s not locking. That would have been good to know. Also went to return it one day past the return date and wasn’t able too!
