No description on box or product specifying that it's a 24V model, and when 24V is applied it heats up to extremely high temperature. Tested with 12V power supply and lock engaged and did not heat up, assuming this is the 12V model and not the 24V. False advertising.

Description clearly says 24v, but the product i received says it’s 12v. The instructions are in Chinese so they are no use to me
