Don’t buy if you plan on using these with AirPods Pro 2 it sounds horrible and it’s not because the mic is being used turned mic off. Spent hours trying to figure it out it’s the dongle.

Win 11 has drivers built in and to my suprise, it's been one of the few that's remained consistently stable without issues for Bluetooth devices. All to often, you end up with an adapter that refuses to pair with new or certain devices. Sometimes it's firmware or driver related and other times, who knows. I ran this for a good 6 months and many Bluetooth devices pass through my hands as OEMs I partner with want me to showcase their devices, so I end up having high churn and lengthy pairing config.

Je l'utilise sur un ordinateur tour de bureau avec des écouteurs Bluetooth. La réception est très bonne contrairement à un autre dongle sans antenne.

Has really decent range, if you need to simply transfer files or listen to just music this is a fine buy for the price.But... the latency varies between 0.5sec and 1sec. Enough to make it noticeable when using something like a mouse or keyboard, or watching videos leaves audio sounding detached.I downloaded the drivers and installed them just in case it was the source of the latency issue but it didn't help, spent a day troubleshooting different options to reduce or relieve the latency but no to avail sadly.Can't recommend it for anything other than File Transfer/Music/connecting to other BT devices.

My laptop is about 10 years old, and its built-in Wi-Fi is… well, let's just say it's seen better days. This UGREEN Bluetooth 5.4 adapter has been a lifesaver. For my use, it was completely plug and play – no complicated setup required. It's given me a much more reliable Wi-Fi connection. Beyond that, I've also found it incredibly useful for expanding my Bluetooth coverage. I have a PC in my living room connected to my TV, and the motherboard's built-in Bluetooth wasn't cutting it for my controller. This adapter solved that problem perfectly. So, whether you're dealing with an aging laptop or just need better Bluetooth range, this UGREEN adapter is a great solution.

I bought a pair of Sony 1000-XM5 headphones and wanted to connect them to my work computer which does not have built-in Bluetooth. I tried a simple Insignia dongle purchased at BestBuy, but it did not work, as it never “saw” the headphones for pairing. However, this dongle worked like a charm: it was plug-and-play. No hassle. No need for I.T. to mess around with drivers, etc.

Installation file local set off my virus program. The exe or install files are in another country.... scan the files frist saw nothing so I install the files works as intended. My new computer (alienware R 16) have a weak cheap wtf BLUETOOTH device. I tired 3 different headphones and all had an issues connected to the computer. Never again will I buy from Alienware. Cheap parts!!!!

Weirdly, this item arrived slightly wet. It was in a box with other items, which wasn't wet. Other items in the box were also dry and had not leaked, including the wadded up paper packaging, but the box that had this item in it was decidedly moist--the box soaked through, the instructions wet, and the item itself had water on the plastic wrapping, a bit of which had penetrated to the actual device.I wiped it off, let it dry, plugged it in, and it appears to work fine, but there apparently is a leaky roof or a box of bluetooth dongles left out in the weather between the manufacturer and Amazon packing it up.I got this so I could listen to music/videos and walk completely around the house. I just experimented a bit and it looks good for that purpose. I don't know how long it was wet or if that will have any effect in the long run, but it looks to be OK. Still, makes me a little leery, so -1 star for that. If it breaks, I'll revisit.

I added this adapter to my main gaming rig after the internal bluetooth / wifi card died. It not only work flawlessly, but it also adds a decent amount of range to my Bluetooth reception. Sometimes I stream music from my PC to an Anker speaker and now I can move the speaker anywhere in the house without it dropping the signal. I may actually buy another one to have as a backup because two is one and one is none.
