States universal and can be used on both left and right. It cannot otherwise the lock is upside down. Returning.

The lock broke off so it is no longer a lock but a decorative piece that just sits on the window. Absolutely weaker than the vinyl ones.

See the photos attached. The ramped, sharp piece on the bottom of the cam that rotates under the lip of the fixed piece to lock the window has a small piece of strengthening ‘webbing’ that grabs the lip before the fixed tab is pushed up high enough and out of the way to lock the window, so it will not turn any further than I show it in the pictures. Very poor design. Do not buy this product because it doesn’t work (in other words, the size of the fixed tab is not compatible with the size / design of the cam).
