Great fit and good protection for the lamp. Just wish it was a bit bigger to hold the side reflector. And would be awesome if they made one that had a second compartment attached to hold an extra candle. Buts works great for what it’s intended. I have had my lamp thrown into my pack, dropped 25 feet, and even dropped in the lake, and it comes back for more while keeping the lamp safe.

The fit is very snug but I suppose it has to be in order to protect properly. It won't save your lantern from being crushed, but it will save it from the day to day drop and mishandling, as well as less protective packing in the backpack.

Got this to help protect my lantern and it fits it snuggly and is about a 1/4 in thick. Will protect it while traveling in a pack, or in a storage container.

The neoprene feels just dense enough to provide cushion without sacrificing integrity. Fits a full UCO lantern perfectly and snugly, I feel way more comfortable tossing my candles around inside one of these. 10/10.

This is for the three candle lantern. It seems to be well made but poorly thought out. You have to fight the cover on because it is so tight. A little space, especially with the handle in the way, would make a world of difference. The lid just flips over into place and has no way to secure it. It is so tight though that it won’t go anywhere. I would prefer a zipper to close it or at least some Velcro. Since it is so tight fitting it doesn’t close all the way either. The lid is held on by one small strip of neoprene that I bet will tear with use. A two piece, properly sized, Velcro or zip together system would be much better. That being said, it should protect the lantern from minor falls. I would buy again but only because I haven’t found another option.

I am very happy with the product. It is tight in diameter but the neopreme stretches and allows the lantern and handle to fit in. Providing a good protection.The height is minimal and the opening it doesn't have a zipper or a velcro to insure that the little gap left when the neopreme retracts will remain closed. But the gap is minimal and I feel that my lantern is very well protected now.

Fits the UCO original perfectly. Yes the carry handle/hanger does fit in there too, it's snug, but it'll go. As for how well it protects the lantern I couldn't tell you, as I have not dropped it or hit it with anything yet and I hope I never do. But what I can tell you that it does is makes it easier to pack as the handle is secure. It also cuts down the noise factor too. Adding an ounce or so to my pack to reduce some rattle is a fair trade off for me. I was also able to squeeze a small Bic in there too, so now the lighting needs are met in one convenient package.
