Looking through the scope give you about the same sight as if you weren't looking through one at all. NO MAGNIFYING.

The scope on my crossbow went bad, so I was in a pinch since it was a week before the season. I found this one and decided to try it. I have a little bit older 10 Point crossbow. The scope has clear optics. I had to adjust the up/down all the way down at 20 yards. It ended up I was 1" high at 20 and 3/4" low at 25 with the first reticle dot. The second dot was dead center at 30 yards. Last week I had a 9 point at about 15 yards and placed a perfect shot.
