TURBRO CT-806AM Manual Flaring Tool Kit
The kit comes in a sturdy storage box to keep all components neatly organized and easy to access. Additionally, a sample flared tube is included to demonstrate the tool’s capabilities. Note that the whole kit is new and has not been used.

Arrow and Marker Line
Align the arrow with the size marker line to position the tube. Achieve accurate placement for consistent results.
Recessed Holes
Slide the splint to align the protruding positioning ball with the right hole, ensuring precise placement before flaring.
Positioning Ball and Fixed Link
The protruding positioning ball fits securely into the correct hole. Tighten the fixed link to lock the splint in place, ensuring stability during flaring.
Top Knob with Automatic Clutch
Ensure the pipe end is not lower than the splint surface.
Turn the top knob clockwise until it loosens, indicating the flare is complete. The built-in clutch disengages automatically for added convenience.

I’m not a professional or a trades person, but this Flaring Tool made the job incredibly simple! It’s easy to use, and every flare comes out consistent. The build quality is great, and the included case keeps everything organized well. If you need a reliable flaring tool, this is definitely a great choice! I am kind of glad they disclaim that the off center cone is on purpose because it does *look* broken from the factory, but its surprising how it works with it made like it is.

This is a superior flaring tool with uncommon features. The flare is produced by the rolling action of the head of flaring bit and this produces a superior flare with very even sidewall thickness. There is a relief clutch to prevent making the flare too thin. It is very precise and produces a perfectly fitting flare. It is easy to setup and use and is an excellent value. The tool functions perfectly every time.

…..the flaring tool and the splints are quite nice, but the pipe cutter and deburring tool don’t seem to be built to the same level. They work, and should be just fine, but I have better ones here already so it isn’t much of an issue.Good case but I’m not sure I trust the latches.

For the money this is hard to beat! This kit is almost everything you’ll need for flaring most copper or aluminum tubing. It is not rated for steel and I wouldn’t recommend using it for hard material. Super easy setup and use on this tool. It may be a bit large for tight spaces but is great for bench or tailgate work. I haven’t had any slippage while flailing but have split a pipe or two while getting use to it. After a few tries I can now get perfect flairs every time. I haven’t had any leaking failures yet and I’m certainly happy about that. The price is right and it functions quite well.
