Do Not Buy Turbo Air Products. We purchased M-TSF-23SD-N, S-H2DF23SF8002 registering the warranty on October 23, 2020. On May 18, 2023 a Turbo Air approved service technician repaired several Freon leaks in the copper tubing lines near the compressor and replaced the filter dryer. When the freezer was plugged in the digital control failed. On May 30,2023 a technician replaced the control but did not repair the door vacuum release which caused delays in opening the door. On October 23, 2023 the express warranty expired. Less than a year later two service calls were required to locate a Freon leak in the copper tubing embedded in the freezer cabinet insulation near the evaporator. Obviously the copper tubing used in the Turbo Air products does not last as long as that used by other manufacturers’ freezers operating for 15 or more years with no tubing failures (implied warranty). The service technician declared the freezer in “pristine condition” but not repairable without causing structural damage to the main cabinet and insulation or changing the design of the freezer which void agency approval certifications. Turbo Air executives have ignored direct communication attempts and a Better Business Bureau complaint. Search the internet for many other negative reviews. Do not become another ignored customer.
