I have received today a refrigerator very well packed, I got a pristine appliance, without scratches. thank you! I will plug it tomorrow. Update: I'm using it as a freezer, I follow the instructions to let it cool first for three hours before putting anything in it. I freezes perfectly very happy with this purchase.

**UPDATE to this review. I had a one-star and changed to a 5 star. I was contacted by the seller and given more $$ back.**The freezer was fine and a good size just for freezer items. Basic small freezer. I bought it for my mom in an assisted living facility because she kept sneaking into the freezer to eat the communal ice cream. Once we got the freezer she decided she didn't want ice cream anymore because it's bad for her. She took the freezer out of the box, but never even plugged it in. Just put it in her closet. So, we needed to return it. Well, the reason for the lack of stars is because this thing was about $120 w/tax. The seller charged me $22+ change in shipping fees AND another $10 for a promotional credit they'd given. They kept over $32!! What? Unacceptable here at Amazon! Do not buy from this seller.

First, I must start with saying that customer service has been great. Originally there was a problem with shipping and customer service was super responsive. Then I had a problem with the product, and again they were very responsive and I had a refund within 24 hours.But unfortunately the product did not hold up. I bought the freezer to store my breastmilk in my nursery and after only about a week, the freezer completely stopped working. Luckily I noticed fairly quickly, but still it costed me about half of my supply. Any mother who pumps due to having to return to work, knows how devastating this was.

I really loved this little freezer.when i opened it, i was pleasantly surprised by how much space there is inside, and after plugging it in, it was practically silent.Very nice little appliance, nice looking, too.Great value for the price.unfortunately I had to return this item as it didn’t fit in my cabinet space, i should have looked more closely at the outside dimensions. Duh…

I bought one of these a little over 1 year ago. There was no “bottom to the cardboard box when it arrived, only taped styrofoam. There was a dent on the side and the door did not close tightly ( almost an inch off). I asked for a replacement after sending pictures and it arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately, as I was required to pay $40.00 to send the other one back….I ended up paying for 2 of them. I was told by repairman it would cost at least $90.00 to repair, so opted out of that.As I was pretty sure it just needed an adjustment, I looked through YouTube for “how to realign a freezer door. The hardest part was getting the bolt off. 5 minutes later…It’s working great! Both are working great. They freeze very quickly, no leaks, and everything stays frozen. I’d get the larger one, but I’m scared it would arrive damaged and then I’m stuck.

Freezes like a beauty, no noise, no dents, storage capacity could be a lil bigger but overall very good, size fits right on top of mini fridge, energy efficiency is good and color is basic

We have this beauty of a freezer in our walk in closet. It's great for hiding our frozen treats, holds a lot for It's small size. Keeps the temp well and has very little frost inside. I would say over all it's a great product. But dang that thing is loud when the compressor or whatever the heck it is stops running. And yes, I mean stops. It's not loud to run, when it shuts off it has a clatter and I thought it dies the first time I heard it.
