So far this freezer is performing well. Has not iced up much. I've had the smaller freezers before. This one offers a bit more room. I've seen comments that it's noisy. I've not noticed it much. I more often hear my refrigerator than this freezer. I noticed when I was getting in place, the closer to the wall that I had it positioned, the louder it was... so I followed the instructions that it should have at least 4" space all the way around. I've noticed my electric bill has gone up $10/mo, but I have an electric stove & oven & have used the oven more the past couple of months. We may also have had a rate increase, so it may not entirely be due to the freezer.

Great size, runs super quiet. Have it in my kitchen and would never know it was there it is so quiet. Lots of room inside and I don’t lose things in this freezer like I do in my bottom of the fridge one. Not heavy, easy to move and keeps things frozen solid. Good value for the money with two shelves inside making it good for storage

I’ve only had this for a week so I can’t attest to its longevity or energy efficiency. But I can tell you it was easy for a couple of 75 year olds to carry down a basement flight of stairs, easy to set up and adjust the temp to our satisfaction, kind of fun to remove all the packing film and an absolute joy to have extra freezer storage space. It seems to be very quiet although it is not right in my living space. I can’t believe I waited this long to purchase this item!

When I first opened up the fridge and placed it in my kitchen it had a pretty severe wobble, which may not be an issue for some ppl but I live on a second floor, I know the knocking of a full freezer rocking back and forth on my hard kitchen floor must be extremely obnoxious for the neighbors below me, I ended up having to cut off a piece of the foam packaging it comes with and wedge it under one of the corners. And yes the film around it is extremely annoying and loud to get off so I’ve just left it on it. I just feel like for over $200 there shouldn’t be any issues like this quality wise it’s not a large or impressive freezer by any means. And the cord is pretty short so I can’t store it on my balcony which was the intention. And the shelves aren’t even adjustable either, like they can come out but they have set places they go. Again nothing too crazy but for the price I shouldn’t have to deal with these annoyances I would rather just invest in a better quality freezer

I am very satisfied with the freezer and surprised how much it can contain. It's great for a single person or small family.

This is a decent freezer from notable Chinese manufacturer of ice makers. It's astatically pleasing and sturdy. It works as intended and at setting 3 freezes all products very well. However it is not frost free. Frost free appliances regulate temperature to prevent ice build-up. Automatic and adaptive defrost systems prevent and remove ice build-up by circulating heat as needed; automatic systems typically run on a timer while adaptive systems use sensors to determine when to circulate the heat.11/5/20 Update, the manufacturer was responsive to my comments and contacted me to suggest ways to improve the performance and reduce frosting. At this point my freezer is full and based on recommendations frosting has been reduced. I would purchase this freezer again, as it is not only a solid freezer but the follow-up customer service is impressive.
