Where to use it?
Applications include RO system, beverage dispensing, refrigerator ice maker, coffee machine etc.
How to use it?
Just pop in your 3/8" tubing into each end, pushing until it won't go in. To remove, just push in the outer circle on each end and pull right out. You need to make sure the tubing is cut squared to insure no leaks. Be sure you cut the tubing even and straight, without crimping it. Then insert straight, and all the way into the connector. If it's crooked, or not inserted all the way, or crimped, it may leak

Received my Tubing 3/8" OD Blue Tubing Polypropylene 16 Feet Push to Connect Fitting Kit today. Purchased this kit to replace lines and control valve to my inground pool offline chlorinator. The factory-supplied control valve failed almost every season and was leaking once again, so decided to go a different route this time. Found this kit with the same ID and OD line as the OEM line, and made from chemical resistant polypropylene, same as OEM, and also replaced the control valve with an enclosed shutoff ball valve. I was worried about leaking, as I read in some reviews; plus, the installation will be subject to a fair amount of pressure. However, after installation and testing, everything works great and is not a drop from anywhere! I just remembered that the cutter works excellently as well.

Needed to move my RO system further from the water source and wanted an inline shutoff valve as well. After comparing several lengths of tubing and connectors sold as separate items, I couldn't find anything that came close to what was included in this kit. The tubing is identical in every way to what came with my RO system and the included connectors are equal to, if not better quality than what was included in my system. I should be all set for now, but I would not hesitate to purchase additional components in the future if needed.

My reverse osmosis system sprang a leak at the quick connections. This kit allowed me to fix it myself instead of calling out a technician. It was super easy and had more than enough parts to fix multiple lines.

Buyers should know that the RO/Icemaker kit sold and delivered as a 3/8" kit is ACTUALLY a 1/4" kit. It was of no use to me and although the description of the tubing on one of the photos claims that the supplied tubing is "NSF Certified" there is only their word that it is so. After two tries and two fails I had great luck with the "MALIDA 3/8" Diameter Tubing" and fitting kit. I recommend that one, not this. The tubing is printed with its NSF/ANSI certification on it as well as the manufacturer's name. UPDATE: Seller contacted me immediately and explained the problem, apologized and offered to make it right. Good seller, and if I had needed the item sent in error, I would have been ok with it. It was a good assortment of fittings.
