The DynamicFit 2.0 binding features the BOA Fit System which evenly distributes tension around your boot, combined with EVA foam for the ultimate comfortable and precise fit. The new Flex Torsion Deck technology allows for a natural stride from heel to toe absorbing impact to reduce the amount of stress on joints. At the same time the FLEX tail engages the built in tail traction, keeping the snowshoe tracking and underfoot, making descents a breeze. This deck provides just the right amount of rigidity for side hilling while conforming to the terrain. Paired with aggressive Traction Rails and the Viper 2.0 crampon this snowshoe bites into any snow conditions. Engaging the ActiveLift 19° heel lift this becomes a mountain climbing machine.

Been snow shoeing around 15 years, Tahoe and North Idaho.Have owned five pair prior.Cannot say enough good things about these Tubbs.Traction as good as it gets.In or out of the shoes in 15 seconds or so with the BOA bindings. Slightly flexes in the right spots, stays ridgid in the right spots.Light weight.A well thought out design that looks cool too.Easy to walk in.Other shoes were Costco no name special, Tubbs standard aluminum shoe, MSR Black Plastic, MSR Lightning Ascent and Atlas Rescue/Expedition.A suggestion: I’m gonna try applying either spray silicone, Pam or coconut oil to underside of shoes, as this Rocky Mountain dry snow frequently collects and builds up underneath the shoes and no fault to the shoes what-so-ever. This also happens with my micro spikes or raw boot tread.

RDGからの買い替え。22インチ買ったので浮力が足らず、新雪で潜る事が多かったのですが、このVRTだと大丈夫です。慣れるまで、踵を踏む事が多かったですが。

TUBBS FLEX RDGからの買い替えです。山に登る方は、絶対にこちらがオススメです。クランポンの食い付きが格段に良いです。ALPも良いですが、やはりBOAフィットシステムは、スムーズで楽です！
