I stripped an apartment and did a full remodel. This was a perfect fit for for a tub only conversion to a tub and shower.

I didn't do proper research and realized many of the faucets are designed for raw piping. Mine is galvanized/pre-threaded. This one fit perfectly based on the description of the size of the faucet and size of the required pipe. It also resolved the issue of water dripping while the shower diverter was engaged. Not a drop, improved water pressure. A+ rating.

The first one arrived disassembled and the threads for the plunger wouldn't mate with the rod. It had clearly been returned at some point and was not a new product. I returned this, and received the replacement the next day, and it fit perfectly. This is on Amazon, though, and not the seller. With the way my threads were in, it was somewhat loose when tightened to where the spout would be facing down, and tight when the spout was facing up. I used a little elbow grease and rotated it so that it was quite tight when facing down.No leaks, it looks good, and it fit the threaded iron pipe that I didn't expect to find when I cut the old spout off.

Super easy replacement. Worked as intended. It doesn’t have an open slot on the bottom in case the threaded connection leaks, so just make sure you don’t seal on the bottom when caulking/applying silicone. Or you can do what I did and just drill a hole on the bottom.
