It only took about 30 minutes from start (removing old faucet) to finish!! And I'm a GIRL!! LOL! It's also a perfect fit, looks great, and does what it's supposed to!! For something I had to buy, I'm feeling no "buyer's remorse"!!

Compared to the Phoenix faucet that came with our old 2000 Clayton mobile home, it's... cheap. But if you're here, you're probably just looking for something that'll work on a budget. Look no further, 'cause this is likely the best you're gonna get. It does the job.A few things to keep in mind...* This faucet's handles only turn about halfway before they're at maximum output. If you're replacing a faucet that turns several times before it's at full blast, my experience is that the water output from the diverter will be a little bit less and slower. It shouldn't be like a trickle- it should still work fine for filling the tub. This is something you should be aware of before buying. In my experience, this doesn't affect the shower's output ability.* I don't know for sure what it's made of, but I'm pretty sure all of the "chrome" bits are made of plastic. It's not super thin, but I still advise you to be gentle with it. I gave it three stars for "sturdiness".* If you've never replaced a bathtub faucet in a MOBILE home before, you should look up a video on it first. It's a bit different from a normal house in that the "pipes" are actually hoses with little screw-on parts on the ends. Don't worry; it's easy. You will probably have to cut into the wall to get to the hoses, though.

Although cheaply made this is your best option for swapping out a broken , leaking , or malfunctioning tub / shower faucet in a older single or double wide trailer that is this shape and style . Works good easily changed out but like I said cheaply made . I haven't found a faucet like this that is made from metal or any higher grade material than this plastic version . Does what it is designed for . I would recommend if looking for a no hassle exact replacement .
