Draw bar threads and set bolt were so out of square it wasn’t usable.

The keys and seat are not all one piece as shown in the picture. The keys are separate parts and one of them was not properly fit to the slot. A few minutes with a grinding wheel and fine files had everything together properly. I also replaced the screws holding the keys to the arbor with longer screws from our tool room. The key that wasn't originally fit correctly had a damaged screw from being cross threaded and both sides could accommodate longer screws safely. Overall, I would buy it again in a different size if needed because it was an easy fix. The arbor only indicated about 30 microns TIR in the spindle of our Bridgeport. Half of that run out is probably the BP spindle itself.
